Coconut Fat Balls

These Coconut Fat Balls have become a staple in our home after Amanda with @halfshelleats suggested them to me. She is an awesome nutritionist! I used to eat a lot of RX Bars which was getting quite expensive and much higher in sugar. The original recipe comes from @leefromamerica and you can find the full recipe on her website in her bio.

My wife @jessicaseaman12 is currently 6 weeks post partum and nursing our little one too. She usually has one of these to help keep her satisfied between lunch and dinner. To be honest she is the one who makes them. She’s the best! I just eat them! I wanted to touch on some benefits of these wonderful balls.

There are nuts in these balls!
Nuts are high in healthy fats and fiber and a good source of protein. They are also high in vitamin E and magnesium. You all know how I feel about magnesium!
