Chiropractic adjustment

Chiropractic is an art, science, and philosophy of natural healing. Our bodies were made with the incredible ability to heal themselves. When our bodies experience pain or dysfunction there is a reason. Our job as chiropractors is to identify that which prevents healing and to remove it, allowing the body to heal as it should. Many conditions respond to chiropractic; from sports injuries to pregnancy and pediatric problems. Adjusting mis-alignments in the spine has a positive influence on the brain and nervous system, unleashing the body's powerful healing potential!

Instrument Assisted Soft tissue Manipulation (IASTM)

IASTM is a manual therapy approach to musculoskeletal injuries using specifically designed tools to enable clinicians to efficiently locate and treat individuals diagnosed with soft-tissue dysfunction. Many different materials have been used to make the instruments (i.e. wood, ceramics, plastics, stone and stainless steel).

IASTM can be used to help alleviate the following symptoms:

  • Limited motion

  • Pain during motion

  • Motor control issues (muscle activation/coordination)

  • Muscle recruitment issues

Active release Technique

ART® is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.

The SFMA is our clinical assessment for those who experience pain. It is a movement based diagnostic system which systematically finds the cause of pain - not just the source - by logically breaking down dysfunctional movement patterns in a structured, repeatable assessment.
